Package Overview

Belize’s natural wonders are an adventurer’s delight. Our central coastal location makes all of her treasures available from the front porch of your beach front cabana.· Take a day trip to· nearby Cockscomb Basin Jaguar Preserve to hike, bird watch, and swim underneath the waterfalls. Mayflower Bocawina National Forest is also only 10 miles away and offers a look into a vast rainforest, still literally wild as ever. The Sittee River, a quintessential jungle river teeming with wildlife such as manatees and crocodiles, flows into the Caribbean Sea only a mile south of our beach as it culminates its journey from the mystic Maya Mountains to the west.

Travel north to visit the excavated ruins of Xanantunich, stopping at jungle caves and mountain lakes on the way. Cave tube and zip line in the lush jungle. Travel south to the town of Placencia and take a trip up the Monkey River to see the local howler monkey inhabitants or go farther south and visit the agricultural community of Punta Gorda……..all from a central location.

The world’s second largest barrier reef sits just 5 miles offshore from our beach, its Islands often visible on calm days. Dive or snorkel the many coral heads and see one of the most abundant varieties of tropical fish and living coral in the world. Fish for tarpon, barracuda and grouper or try your luck for permit and bonefish at the flats. Charter a boat for the day and just cruise the islands, stopping to picnic on a sandy beach or just take a kayak along the shoreline.
