Tony and Angela together comprise over 60 years in the fine dining food service industry with Tony acting as Chef and Angela preparing some of the finest desserts found anywhere. Freshness is the key to their fantastic culinary creations. Fresh fish lobster and shrimp are purchased daily from local fisherman, often right from their dock.
We grow a large variety of herbs organically on the premises and fruits and vegetables are delivered by farmers to our door daily to round out the freshness theme. We have an onsite smoker for smoked chicken, ribs and jerk delicacies and prime beef steaks from local butchers complete an always innovative and diverse menu. Angela sources chocolate and cocoa from the south of Belize and has become renown country wide for her amazing desserts.
The Barracuda Bar & Grill has evolved into one of the premier fine dining establishments and, with our open air dining deck only 30 feet from the Caribbean Sea, the ambiance can't be beat. Enjoy a special dinner for 2 on our dock table and ask for one of Chef Tony's famous tasting menus. This 6 course gastronomical performance is sure to become the culinary highlight of your trip.
