Beaches & Dreams

My daughter ( Cassidy Woods)and I just returned from Hopkins Village staying 7 nights at Beaches and Dreams. It was all things amazing. The entire staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. The transfers to/from Dangriga were flawless and every one of our excursions were amazing. Our drivers and guides were so knowledgeable, fun and friendly. The food, drinks and wait staff were 10/10 professional and friendly. I have never had such a completely flawless resort experience. We were called by name from day one. We truly got the real Belizean experience. Special shout out to the entire staff…these are the names that managed to make it back to ❄️Minnesota❄️with me: Oswood, Amanda, Keith, Kelsey, Justin, Kmike, Victor. Thank you all! I always take a trip for my birthday each year. These folks made me so happy that this year I stayed with them. They even wrote Happy birthday with delicious topping on my dessert. The staff in the office and the restaurant were very helpful and extremely friendly. The beach cabana I stayed in was large, comfortable, and had a great view of the beach and ocean. The restaurant offered a good selection of foods, an open view of the ocean and beach, and excellent service. The resort was within walking distance of four very good restaurants, and the free access to bicycles to the village was an added bonus. All in all, it was an excellent choice for those who are active, appreciate good food and scenery and love adventure tours. - DBS - 2/01/2025

I had an incredible stay at Beaches and Dreams! The staff are genuinely warm and welcoming, every interaction felt personal and kind. What really stood out was how much the locals love to share their history, culture, and knowledge of the surrounding wildlife. It made the whole experience feel so much more connected and meaningful.

The resort itself is beautifully set right on the beach, surrounded by coconut trees, with the sound of the waves as a constant backdrop. It’s about a mile from the village, which makes it feel peaceful and tucked away, but with golf carts and bicycles available to rent, getting into town is easy and fun.

The amenities are thoughtful and well-maintained,you can tell a lot of care goes into making guests feel comfortable. I’d absolutely recommend Beaches and Dreams to anyone looking for a mix of relaxation, beauty, and immersion in local culture. - Tina - 5/18/2025

From information gathering and booking, to during our stay... can't say enough good things!
The staff has been incredibly friendly and helpful. Sadly we visited at the start of rainy season, so didn't get to enjoy their beach. BUT, the stay, food, and excursions have all been great!
